I've heard lots of similar numbers.  Lowest so far GBP4k ($5.5k).

Yes, because I want to do semi-casual measurements on around twenty
cars.  Were it only one pristine example, a rolling road (albeit
a 4x4 one) would be much easier.  I have no urge to make gratuitous
investments.
