I need a math class

I was just plain wrong! When you mentioned 
changing 28 to 05 I kinda assumed 0x28 and 
then my Windoze calculator helped me screw 
it up even worse. Like I need the help of 
Windoze to make a fool of myself!  Hahaha!

You're correct at 350rpm, or *IF* my wrongly assumed
"28" was really 0x28 then it coulda/woulda/shoulda been
0x28=40 and
40 * 12.5 = 500 rpm...(not 480)
