TBI injects fuel that is shared by many cylinders, and has the intake
tract to spread out in.  TPI injectors aim right at the valve usually
and are one per cylinder.  Using a larger injector on a TPI, the ECM
may not be able to generate a correct-length pulse to inject the right
amount of fuel
