I remember one night, when working at the local gas station, when some guys
had an impromptu "lets uncork the headers and see who's the loudest"
contest. The guy with the two AFB's on top of a Jimmy 6-71 on top of a high
riser 427 side oiler won rather handily. As I recall, he only had one side
recorked when someone yelled that the cops were coming! It was pretty easy
to tell which way he had gone, but they couldn't catch him anyway!
