Howell bin & BBC AWLF on FTP site

I just uploaded the bin I got from Howell-EFI the chip is a 4.3 V6 chip
modified for a Jeep straight 6, not a processional job at all it ran
like crap, a stock GM chip ran much better. I uploaded as well as the
bin from BBC AWLF, whatever that is from, later, JTW
