Any good ??...well, a friend and I have bought a copy for evaluation on an
FJ20 project we are building using Camira (808) hardware. We will be
running the engine for the first time in the next two weeks.

Real time means exactly that. The ECM variables, maps, etc. can be
modified with the engine running in the same way that this can be done with
other aftermarket EFI systems. So the engine can be tuned on the dyno,
etc. There is also a version of the Kal which allows the use of EPROM's
burnt by the user. The 'standard' version uses SRAM.

The jury is still out as far as we are concerned - we bought it because it
was cheap and seemed to offer a high degree of adjustibility..........we'll
see.
