Actually, given that the effects were most noticeable in one hole, it
mightta been a vacuum leak which affected the one cylinder more than the
others-----

Seriously doubt that spark couldda caused it, unless U had sumpthin' that
said "Lincoln" or "Miller"  on its side hooked to the other end of the plug
wire!!

Sometimes running an extended gap plug inna chamber which ought not to have
one will cause such problems, although most of the problem comes from the
effect that gap location has on timing.
