    The 1990-1993 Isuzu 1.6L DOHC engine (in both turbo and non-turbo trim)
has secondary intake runners operated by an ECM controlled solenoid (RPM
based opening).  This engine is also in some Geo Storm GSi cars, and in both
Isuzu and Geo vehicles is controlled by a Delco ECM.
