you might find something like this in the jameco catalog, but only in a
circuit board form, under power inverter(s), some torrid coils and switching
transistors, filtering and regulation. however this sounds like a unsafe
idea. users would connect this to the line voltage in the car 13+ volts and
overdrive the pump with an extra 4+v ?
