Min. injector off time

That is what I'm trying to get at, what rpm do we
run out of enough of time to prevent the injector
from locking up?.
  Does anyone know what is a min off time should
be?.  IMHO it might matter if disc, ball, pintle,
saturated, peak+hold,  or is it all so close that
none of it matters.  
  For Hi Po use would building a 16v source for
the injectors be worth while.  Or would it have an
effect on the injector opening/closing time.
