Tony-

You might try www.borland.com, and check out the C++ newsgroups. I don't
remember off had if their was any specific to OWL, but they have most all
others. The one thing I will say is stop using it! I work for borland, and
it is only supported as an 'existing' technology. If you want to do RAD
GUI's get C++Builder, or Delphi and put the OWL to rest. If you are
interested in C++Builder v3.0 which is being announced Tuesday as SDWest,
will be able to build existing OWL apps, MFC apps, as well as the much
easier VCL style apps like Delphi. Lots of cool stuff as well for the hard
core C++'er!
