Possibly you mean a 400 ram air engine, or a 428 that's been upgraded
with ram air parts?  That's the only Pontiac engine that I can think it
would be...

anyways, any of the 4bbl TBI setups should work, as long as it can be
tuned for 400+ HP.  The large-cube Pontiac engines from that era put
out enormous amounts of power, (esp. low-end torque) and the potential
is there for much much more.

There is no factory FI manifold, obviously, but an enterprising
individual who runs Rance FI (at http://www.rancefi.com/ ) has converted
dual-quad manifolds for the TPI-style setup.

He also sells manifolds pre-drilled for injectors, and complete EFI
conversions.
