3970014

69-77 Passenger, Chevelle, Camaro, Nova, Monte Carlo  2 or 4 bolt main

69-79 Truck  2 or 4 bolt main

72 Corvette  Late 72, 200 HP, 255 HP  4 bolt main

The ID number is stamped on a pad that extends from the front of the 
passenger side deck.  You should also find a casting date back there
by the block casting ID number.
