Can't really answer the other questions very well...but for #2: you could
bypass the coolant lines that go through your manifold or throttle body. In
most cases, they are there to promote the quicker heating of the throttle body
or manifold for those who live in cold climates....to bring everything up to
operating temperature more quickly. And for #3: if you're looking for a basic
color such as black, red, blue, white, etc...you can use pigment along with
the resin. You will end up with a piece that has an extremely deep and glossy
finish (when you wet sand and buff the resin).
