I'll dig but off the top (which is a small area) the 148 applics
I know of are jus 6's.
Are you trying to get out of the VE table work?.
Bruce  After enough use/washing the cone shaped hat 
           can get floopy and if you have an ego problem,
           ya can say it's a sleeping cap like Ben Franklin
           wore.  That's the down side to the flannel
           versions.
