The reluctor wiring is polarity sensitive. One way and the timing
advances as rpm raises, and the other retards, and you got to
watch the relationship of rotor to dist cap terminal....When using
in non OEM applications.
HTH Bruce Cone shaped hats are not polarity sensitve,
ya can even wear em inside out if ya want to.....
