The EFI332 is a mailing list, similar to DIY_EFI, but specifically focused
on the engineering and development of an engine management system from
scratch.  In a nutshell, its basically a bunch of folks working together on
the same system.  They've designed and built the hardware, in a modular
structure (different boards for different functions, thus allowing one to
change the injector driver module without re-screening the entire ECM's
circuit board, for example).  Its based on the Motorola 68HC332 processor,
which grew from the 68HC11 series processor, which in time, will disappear.
 The 332 will be around much longer, since its a 32-bit processor, and
relatively new, its time of obselescence hasn't arrived yet :)

archives, and FTP server(s), and the documentation they have so far.  Give
it a good look see, I've used it many times as a super resource.
