Hello everyone.  I'm lazy.  I looked at the size of the article, and with
my carpal tunnel issues, I'd be typing for a long time.

So, as a consolation prize, I found the URL for Mitsu's technical
information about the GDI system they developed.  Its actually pretty close
to the Turbo and Hi-Tech Performance article I was referencing earlier,
minus the usual editor-based sarcasm :)
