ignition transistors :O

:) My name is Dejan.

I wrote this beecause maybe somebody of you can help me.

So, I hava an Lanca Y with efi.

One day two transistors witch pilot the ignition was death.

The original transistors name is Bosch 30014, but don't know where to
find some of that transistors also i don't have the transistor
comparation lists for bosch transistors :O.

After all I try with an BUT 13P but after some kilometers the voltage 
moltiplicator was broken.

Maybe the transistor whitch i search is IGBT one but I don't know witch
one? sh......

Does somebody know something about?
