It is safe to READ a '128 as a '256,  USUALLY what you will get is one
of three bin map files.

	1.  Lower half of '256 memory map blank, (FF)
		means chip is a '128, A14 tied Low

	2.  Upper half of '256 memory map blank, (FF)
		means same as above, just A14 tied High

	3.  Lower and Upper half of memory map identical.
		means A14 is floating.

Now BURNING them is a different story.
