As a land rover driver, I know all about the 'prince of darkness'.  I am
about 3/4 of the way towards completely de-lucisafying my '61 land
rover, and every year the reliability just increases... <g>

There is a theory that LUcas electronics don't actually use electrons,
but transfer energy using  'smoke'.  If something goes wrong and the
smoke escapes, then they don't work any more.
