FTP Server problems

What's up with the FTP server, had no luck connecting to it today.  Oh
yeah, when creating the timing table from the bin file, does it read
across or down? Meaning with a 15x14 table do I take the first 15 values
and that is the first line or the first column, and the second 15 values
are the second line or column,  I know you guys are gonna have a ball
with me on this one,  thanks Jason
