Prom burning, and erasers

I did get the instructions with my Datarase II, quite a bit of
history of the UVPROM's, but not much concrete guidance on
erasing... It did say that older proms took longer to erase, and
that proms reach a point when they won't erase at all due to UV
damage.
The 2732A's that I use will erase in 2-3 min, maybe even less but I
haven't tried it. Most burner software has an auto verify option
that verifys a blank prom before programming.
