Jason,
my eprom programmer software can read and save hex and binary files.
I don't know if it can save in one format what it reads in another.
If you have a programmer you might try that, or I can email you the
software for mine. Let me know if nothing better comes along.

I'm taking my car in for service and I'll be back at 9:30 (Houston).
