Al,
search the archives using 'wide' as the keyword. I spent a couple of 
hours and still didn't get through all the info. Here's some of it:

Toyota:  All LEV vehicles from 97  
Honda:   All VTEC eg 92/93 Civic VX   Part#395986
Bosch:   LSM11 

Some of these sensors require special interfacing and differ on the A/F
range they measure.
