Dual ecms/dual injectors

Well, accordin to grumpy, and doc this is their ideas on how
to fade the small saturated injectors off, and then bring the
big peak+holds on line for a seamless transistion.  For a
2-3 bar map continue out to 200/300 K/Pa.
