Bin to English converter

I don't know the name of the package, but its freeware, and there is a gent
on this list whos really into this -  I'd recommend tossing an e-mail to
Ludis Langen (ludis at cruzers.com).  He's a nice guy, and really, really into
the GM disassembly stuff.

He might beat me to this, and post the url off his website which has a lot
of the disassembly code.
