article search broken

I can't get the article search to work.  The subject line search works,
but the context search is broken (404 file not found).

Here's what it tries to execute:

the search that works:
<form method="GET"
action="archive/archive_current.index.html;search=list">


the ones that doesn't:
<FORM METHOD="get"
ACTION="http://esl.eng.ohio-state.edu/SFgate/cgi-bin/SFgate">
