O2 feedback

Let's say we have a v-8 with just one O2 sensor on one exhaust
manifold. gm, ecm, ie 165/747/730. On this O2 feedback does it
look for every cylinder (ign) firing for a hi v signal?.
OK the ecm also looks for a AFR change when the EGR applies,
I can fool it with turning on a 4066 for a voltage divider on the MAP, and
have, and that works.
On this O2 cross counts how about an ign pulses divide by two,
with that to trigger a O2 signal generator?. I can verify the pulse on
time as right by looking at the BL, right.
If it is less than steady state, will the ecm be able to look for a
feedback for a rich signal?. ie if I toggle the TPS slightly will that
prevent the momentary richness check for the O2?. Would a
simple way to avoid this check be diasabling the 44+45 malfunction
flags?.
TIA
Bruce
