Damn, right...

Picture this, there is a software engineer sitting in an office in
Scotland, he has a car that is in need of an EFi system, he has a basic
knowledge of hardware, and can weild a pretty mean soldering iron..
So what does he need to build a PIC based EFi system?  He has a PC, some
solder, and Iron, and a component supplier catalogue.  Spoon feed the
sad little sod with the info that he needs.
