Best thing to recommend for ya is to go to Radio Shark and get one of
their lil booklets by Forest Mims (Gump's cousin, I think), he's gotta
have one on basic RC circuits or filters, and look for a simple "High
Pass Filter" circuit, cuz that's whatcha want. In it's simplest form,
it's just a capacitor in series with a resistor. The capacitor off the
TPS, the signal you want taken across the resistor, one end of which is
grounded.

But working out the values you want, given the impedance of the TPS, and
the sensitivity to TPS changes, and the output levels, yadada yadada, is
what you want the book for.
