Just to add to this -- and taking it from Probst's book, _Bosch Fuel
Injection and Engine Management_ (Bentley, 1991), K-Jet with lambda was
installed on the 1979 Volvo 260E (non-U.S.?) and the 1983-85 760 with
the V6 engine.  Other 6-cylinder engines it was installed on include:

Mercedes 280E 1980-81
Mercedes 380E
Mercedes 420E 1985 only
Porsche 911SC 1980-83
Porsche 911 turbo 1986-89+ (book says "1986 on")
