I strongly suspect that you will run out of CPU time earlier than you 
expect. I have a Basic Stamp 2 and a scope at hand, but no time. If 
you want to throw some dummy code together to get an idea of the time 
involved, I'm quite happy to run it and measure / report the 
results. At least then you can categorise it into
a) No problem
b) In the ballpark
c) It'll never happen
without spending money.
