GM queries

Anybody know the baud rate for the Vehicle Keywords part of the 
dialog between a ScanTool and a European GM ECU (via J1962).

I've seen references in the archive to 8192 baud and 10.4K baud ?

Also anyone know the ECU microprocessor type for a) GM Bosch Motronic 
M2.8.3 [Open Vectra V6] b) GM SimTec Siemens 56.4 [Open Omega 2.016V] ?
