Accel enrichment

It seems to me there is 3 items you need to address.
  TPS Sensitivity.
  Accel Quantity.
  Accel Duration.
These are because the air in the intake tract is sluggish to
change speed.  Rich mixtures burn easy, and IMHO this
fuel is used to keep the engine running as the air column
begins to change speed.  Also, the drivetrain inertia comes
into play here, since it greatly affects the engine's ability to
change speed.
