calculating for a 4" turbine spinning at 70,000 RPM
I get 1 water drop exerting approx 10ft lbs of force on impacting the outer
edge of the blade

this is assuming that 15 drops = 1 ml (1g) of water
the drops may only be 1/10th this size so 1ft lb each of torque


not a lot
but when you get 100s or 1000s of these all in a short time period that is 
going to add up
