Why not mount the water injection nozzle immediately after the turbo,
before the compressed air goes into the intake log, and use Bernoulli's
principle to suck the water in. Then, you'd have increased water flow
based on boost level, without a pump, switches, or any controls. Making
the nozzle the appropriate length and diameter would become more
mathematically oriented, but the end result would be pretty good I would
imagine.
I'm not sure if the water mist would really be a mist, or deatomize
properly, but I'm just thinking aloud here.
