 I can't remember.  I went to the diy-efi home page thinking it was there
but not easily found.  I'm a bit busy this afternoon.  The email address for
posting is eec-efi2 at eelink.umich.edu.  Maybe the majordomo is
majordomo at eelink.umich.edu.  Let me know if you have trouble.
