Hi Rob,
    Generally,(lots of variables) advancing a camshaft 4 degrees moves
the peak torque rpm down 300-400 rpm and depending on your torque slope
this could make some difference on how quickly you start your aspirated
increase in VE....If this is for a car you plan to get groceries
in,,,keep in mind a cam with less exhaust duration than intake and 112LC
installed on 108 intake LC(4 degrees advanced) helps spool the turbo
faster as the slight amount of less duration gives the turbo a high
velocity pulse at low engine speeds...HTH's
