Hi Rich

Well a bigger TBI will help. Use the 350 TBI and open up
the holes in the manifold a wee bit.

Headers work great. Edelbrock has nice legal ones.

You shouldnit have to recal since these changes amount to
about 10% fuel/air flow increase and the ecm should handle it

I put a 97 200HP vortec from a full size 5 spd 4X4 into my S10 auto
using a 730 ecm with a 91 auto 3.1 Litre calibration.
Works rather nicely and the vortec has a bit more pep
than the normal S10 4.3.
