Notes: 
     The scantool was from shelf stock and he's got a
limited supply. The great news is that it does GM, Chrysler, AND
Ford. The not-so-good news is that the Ford EEC-IV apparently 
doesn't give serial feedback like a GM (TPS,MAP,etc).  It's a 
steal any way you look at it though. Thanks Jim and crew. Oh, it
seems that for a fee you can get the ODBCII module directly 
from MPSI to bring it up to date. Can't verify that.
     The "ROMMASTERII" programmer was a bit more than the Intronics,
but it does PICs and some MCUs. The software that came with it
was practically useless, but the website offered a version that
works fine. The eraser is plenty small.
     EPROMS for the '7747 are 2732s. No AMD (too wide) and no
raised windows.
