adhesives/sealants for sensors

Hi all,

Can someone suggest a good epoxy or silicone rubber type of compound
that will stand up to 300F air, oil vapor and gasoline vapor? Will
"Ultra Black" do the trick?

ObDiyEfi content: I'd like to put some temperature sensors into the
airflow path at various points, and need something to insulate the
leads with. I can't find electrical tape or shrink tubing which are
rated for oil resistance, and the epoxies I've tried all go brittle
very quickly in hot conditions.

   TIA,
   Chris C.
