Poke+prode

I can't get into the archives, anyone remember the comments about
poke+prode in reference to the ALDL, and being able to write to
ecm memory for on the fly stuff.  
  Anyone got a 100 words on bus lines, and how that applies to 
serial data.
  Anyone remember the name of the co that had the system that
you had to cut the end off the ecm out to plug into, or have one of
them floating around.  
  Looking for 1227730 MAF files now, geez think I'll ever give it a
break.
