For what it's worth I'm using an EEC-IV (MAF) on a Boss 351.  I'll be 
using two MAF's and two throttle bodies which feed into a carb style 
intake (single plane) that I've added injector bosses to.  I'm just 
finishing up the fuel rail now but have had to shut things down due to a 
move.  Let me know what you decide to do.
