There is a section of the programming 101 page that talks about the
units that the tables are in.  The timing table is not in degrees, for
example.  To convert a timing table value to degrees, do this: 
X*90/256  where x is the value from the table.  Each table has a
conversion function, they are listed on the prog 101 page in the section
called "units"
