    I agree.  "Closed-loop" seems to be commonly used to refer to adjustment
of short-term fuel trim.  Block learn doesn't have as much of an immediate
effect on fuel delivery, and, as some people mentioned, gets diabled under
certain "closed-loop" conditions.
