In my experience that table is a constant for the fuel table and adds that
amount to the fuel at all rpms it attacks, not just WOT.......try decreasing
the numbers at 400 rpm and 800 rpm drastically and see what this does to your
block learns while in VE Table......03C7-03D7 is a great table to add or
subtract to to change an entire line in the VE table by rpm.....HTH's
