Chrysler uses hose clamps up to 35 psi or so.  Large barbs on the pipe
though.  But I've seen hose come off of straight tube under pressures as
low as 6 psi.  I'd say it's a gamble clamping to unbarbed tubing, and
one I wouldn't want to take.
