I have done some more investigating and with Carl's help, I have
found that that table from 0x37c - 0x3d7 is a fuel constant... Changing
the lower values affects BL#'s at idle. it also affects WOT AFR... I
think it is a constant by RPM.. Now the question being where is the WOT
fuel enrich????
