You need a ISO interface.

And this one www.obdii.com (although I'm a little biased).
The lexus is ISO - I don't think any of the ISO 9141 stuff on
the market now has the proprietary factory readings for lexus,
just the standard OBDII stuff. That's a pretty severe limit, be
sure that whatever you get supports the parameters you need.
